SPY’s official name is SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, and SPDR has long been known as “Spider.” More importantly, this connection is clearly documented in official materials that State Street submitted to the SEC for SPY’s 20th anniversary. The document states that the SPY ticker also helped reinforce the “spider branding” that had been used for the product from day one. So this goes beyond SPDR simply sounding like “Spider” — the spider was actually part of SPY’s original branding from the very beginning. There are also records showing that when SPY launched in 1993, a giant spider was displayed at the stock exchange and spider rings were handed out to people at the event. Personally, I think the narrative is pretty clean: SPY → SPDR → Spider So pairing an on-chain Spider-themed token with SPY doesn’t feel like a forced connection. It’s actually tied directly to SPY’s original branding and history.

Uniswap isn’t just making a ton of money from Hood — it’s generating massive revenue every single day across the board. So when they launch a launchpad on Hood, and Frong is clearly the most valuable project there and keeps getting pushed, I think sitting at just a $10M market cap is pretty undervalued. I have no idea how far this can actually go, but depending on how aggressively the Uniswap team continues to push it, I honestly think this could have the narrative and potential for $100M.

I bet on the Uniswap ecosystem. Looking at the metrics, I didn’t see any reason to hesitate.

Combo 1: It has the highest short interest on the o1 platform. Combo 2: The U.S. and Iran appear to have gone back to war. That increases the chances of oil prices rising, and if that happens, this sector could also get attention again. I think these are the two main angles for now.

I wanted to wait and see how the MARS futures listing played out before making any moves. Personally, I thought this futures listing was a key signal. What I wanted to see was whether they would continue focusing mainly on Chinese-culture narratives, or whether MARS could also become a candidate for a spot listing. This listing also made it clearer to me that they want BSC to compete with Hood not through pure memes, but through the RWA + meme narrative. Because of that, I’m planning to reassess and adjust my BSC portfolio as well.

I see GME as one of the most iconic names representing the short squeeze narrative on Hood. If this sector starts attracting real volume and attention, I think GME would naturally be one of the names that benefits the most from that momentum. As for Oilinu, I approached it purely as a gamble since it currently has the highest short interest among the pairs on the o1 platform. If anyone has better ideas or sees other interesting opportunities around this narrative, feel free to DM me.

GME2 I kinda see this as GME Season 2 playing out on Hood in a very unique way. Really curious to see how this turns out.
