| 3 | THE FIRST BLOW
Cutting the Cullinan was never going to be ordinary.
The largest diamond ever found demanded extraordinary precision.
Before the stone could be divided, a groove had to be prepared for the cleaving knife — a process that took four days.
Then came the moment itself.
The first blow did not break the diamond.
It broke the knife.
Only after that did the work continue.
Over the following eight months, three craftsmen worked 14 hours a day to cut and polish the original Cullinan into nine principal stones and 97 smaller brilliants.
A diamond of this scale was never going to surrender easily.
Even history had to be cut with patience | 2 842 |
| 4 | 2.2 MILLION STITCHES
At first glance, it looks like fabric.
Look closer.
Inside Cullinan Series II, Rolls-Royce offers a Bespoke textile called Duality Twill — inspired by the interlinked “RR” initials of the marque.
Creating it took more than a year of development.
A complete interior can contain up to 2.2 million individual stitches, connected by approximately 11 miles of thread.
And a single piece can take as long as 20 hours to complete.
Millions of stitches for something most people will simply sit on.
But that may be the most Rolls-Royce detail of all.
Luxury is often found in the things nobody needed to do — but someone chose to perfect. | 2 598 |
| 5 | 62 CARS. ONE JOURNEY TO SPACE.
What if a Rolls-Royce could take you to the edge of space?
Meet the Black Badge Cullinan Blue Shadow — a collection of just 62 motor cars inspired by the boundary between Earth and outer space.
Inside, the Starlight Headliner features 1,183 fibre-optic stars surrounding an embroidered Moon, recreated using 250,000 individual stitches.
Even the leather seats tell part of the story, with 75,000 perforations designed to evoke the appearance of Earth as seen from space.
Only 62 examples were created.

| 6 | THE FIRST OF ITS KIND
For more than a century, Rolls-Royce built motor cars for the road.
Then came Cullinan.
When it arrived in 2018, it introduced something never before seen on a Rolls-Royce: all-wheel drive. (BMW Group PressClub)
But the idea wasn’t to turn a Rolls-Royce into a conventional off-roader.
It was to take the feeling Rolls-Royce was already famous for — silence, composure and the “Magic Carpet Ride” — and make it work where the road ends. (BMW Group PressClub)
Gravel.
Mud.
Snow.
Sand.
One button prepares Cullinan for all of them. (BMW Group PressClub)
For the first time, a Rolls-Royce wasn’t limited by the road ahead.
That was the point of Cullinan. | 1 999 |
| 7 | KEEP THE OUTSIDE, OUTSIDE.
Imagine arriving at a ski resort.
Outside: snow, wind and freezing air.
Inside: silence, warmth and leather.
Now open the tailgate.
In most SUVs, the outside world immediately enters the cabin. In Cullinan, it doesn’t have to.
With the Individual Seat configuration, a glass partition separates the passenger compartment from the luggage area. Open the rear of the car and the atmosphere around the passengers remains protected from the weather outside.
It sounds like a small detail.
Until you realise what Rolls-Royce was trying to achieve.
Cullinan was never designed simply to take you anywhere.
It was designed to make sure “anywhere” stays outside. | 2 156 |
| 8 | A SKY OF YOUR OWN
Look up inside a Cullinan and the night sky follows you.
The Starlight Headliner is created with hundreds of individually placed fibre-optic lights, set by hand into the roof lining to recreate the impression of a star-filled sky.
But Rolls-Royce can take the idea further.
Through Bespoke commissioning, the arrangement of the stars can become personal — recreating constellations or a night sky connected to a particular place, date or memory.
It turns something familiar into something entirely individual: a private sky that travels with the car.
Because in a Cullinan, personalisation isn’t limited to what you can touch.
Outside, the sky belongs to everyone.
Inside Cullinan, it can belong only to you. | 3 757 |
| 9 | THE SECOND SPIRIT
Everyone knows the Spirit of Ecstasy standing proudly above the grille.
But in Cullinan Series II, there is another one — inside.
For the first time in a series-production Rolls-Royce, the iconic figurine was brought into the cabin. Crafted from solid stainless steel, she sits beneath the analogue clock in her own illuminated display.
And creating this tiny detail took four years of development.
When you enter the Cullinan, the interior comes to life in sequence. Light travels across the fascia towards the clock — and finally, the Spirit of Ecstasy is illuminated from below, as if stepping into a spotlight | 3 566 |

| 11 | THE BEST SEATS AREN’T INSIDE
Open the Cullinan’s tailgate, press a button — and two leather seats appear.
It’s called the Viewing Suite: two rear-facing seats with a small table between them, designed for enjoying the view wherever the journey takes you.
A race. A sunset. The mountains. Or simply somewhere worth stopping.
Because in a Cullinan, even the boot can become the best seat in the house.
Luxury doesn’t always need four walls. | 3 584 |
| 12 | WHY CULLINAN?
RollsRoyce could have chosen any name.
They chose Cullinan.
The name comes from the largest gem-quality rough diamond ever discovered — a stone so extraordinary that its most famous fragments became part of the British Crown Jewels.
More than a century later, the name was given a new form.
Not a diamond this time.
A RollsRoyce.
Two icons. One name. Cullinan. | 3 381 |
| 13 | One diamond. Nine extraordinary stones 💎
Discovered in South Africa in 1905, Cullinan weighed more than 3,100 carats — over half a kilogram.
It was later cut into nine major diamonds and 96 smaller brilliants. The two largest became part of the British Crown Jewels.
The original stone no longer exists as one. Its name still unites them all. | 3 696 |

| 18 | Cullinan is more than a name. It belongs to the largest diamond ever discovered and to one of the most exclusive cars in the world. Today, it also exists here. A name that speaks for itself | 9 837 |
