The rationale behind this disconnect is higher leverage of $CRWV. The market somehow thinks $NBIS is safer. However, $CRWV current backlog is 2x that of $NBIS and its 2030 capacity target is 8 GW against 5 GW of $NBIS. If the backlog converts, and $CRWV reaches 8 GW deployed capacity target, we’ll see around $79-$80 in billion revenue, even though GPU/hour rates remain constant. In that case, $CRWV interest expense as a percentage of revenue will decline from ~22% now to ~7% in 2030 and EBIT margin will expand to almost 20%. Debt/EVIT ratio will decline below 5x, which is considered manageable. The key risk here is “demand.” It’s less of a problem for $CRWV because its contracts are “take-it-or -pay-it” and majority of its customers are hyperscalers. So, it’ll get paid regardless of the top of the funnel demand. Given all these, current disconnect between $CRWV and $NBIS doesn’t make sense at all. It should be re-rated to at least 3x 2027 sales, which gives us around $135 price target.

Freedom Global analysts raised the target price for Middlesex Water Company shares to $56 Middlesex Water Company (MSEX) reported strong results for Q2 2026: diluted earnings per share rose 31.7% YoY to $0.79, exceeding our estimate by 23.8%. The results were driven by tariff increases in New Jersey and Delaware, growth in wholesale demand, and higher customer consumption. Following strong results for the first half of 2026, we raised our full-year earnings forecast by 11%, but left the 2027 forecast virtually unchanged, as part of the stronger results was due to weather conditions, and we consider only tariff increases a sustainable factor. The company maintained its 2026 CapEx plan of $126 million, which still requires debt financing and share issuance under the at-the-market (ATM) program. We reaffirm the Hold rating and raise the target price to $56 per share from $55. Middlesex Water Company is an American company engaged in water supply and wastewater services.
