🔺Chronic Partial Pulpitis (Without Necrosis ) 🔆 Causes: Deep caries, pulp exposure, operative procedures, deep periodontal lesions, or orthodontic movement. 🔆 Location: The inflammation is confined to the coronal portion. 🔆 Pulp Polyp (Chronic Hyperplastic Pulpitis) Who gets it: Primarily children and young adults due to their rich blood supply and strong immune response. Appearance: A specific type of tissue growth that bleeds easily when touched. 🔆 Diagnosis: It can be distinguished from a gum polyp by using a dental probe. 🔆 Conservative: Vital pulpotomy (removing only the top pulp) can be successful if there is no necrosis Or Root canal therapy or extraction. 🔆 Classification: Reversible: If no partial necrosis exists. Irreversible: If partial necrosis has begun.
