NEW: Yemen's Houthis issue a warning to engineers, workers and other personnel to stay away from Saudi oil facilities they consider potential targets, including previously attacked sites. The group also renewed warnings to airlines, airports, passengers and staff.

In the latest NHC Advisory, Isaias strengthened into a Hurricane, with windspeeds of 75 mph and a central pressure of 982 mb. Hurricane Isaias is expected to strengthen to an upper-end Category 2 Hurricane before landfall.
