Report of Fake and Impersonation Account
𝗧𝗲𝗸𝘀 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 :
Dear Telegram Support,
I am writing to report a user who appears to be involved in serious fraudulent activities and is causing harm to multiple members of the Telegram community.
The reported individual is operating under the name "CoinMarketCap Support Service" and is deliberately impersonating an official support service in order to gain the trust of users. By presenting themselves as a legitimate support representative, they mislead victims into believing they are dealing with an authorized and trustworthy entity.
Based on multiple reports and observations, this account is involved in the following scam activities:
• Selling NFTs and other digital assets, then immediately disappearing after receiving payment without delivering the promised items.
• Advertising fake Telegram account recovery services and charging victims substantial amounts of money while providing no actual assistance or results.
• Misrepresenting themselves as an official support representative to manipulate users and exploit their trust for financial gain.
• Engaging in deceptive practices designed to mislead, defraud, and financially harm Telegram users.
These actions are clearly malicious and violate Telegram's Terms of Service. The account poses a significant risk to the community, and it is highly likely that additional users may become victims if no action is taken.
I respectfully request that Telegram conduct a thorough investigation into this account and take appropriate enforcement measures. If the evidence confirms these activities, I strongly recommend labeling the account as "FAKE" and restricting its ability to continue targeting users.
