(Fundamental in the Governance of the Country) ♟️ 1984 में "State of Tamil Nadu vs. L. Abu Kavur Bai" मामले में, Supreme Court of India ने कहा कि यद्यपि नीति निदेशक तत्व न्यायालय द्वारा लागू नहीं कराए जा सकते, फिर भी न्यायालयों को उनकी उपेक्षा नहीं करनी चाहिए। WhatsApp Group https://chat.whatsapp.com/E3tnrnJFJV60d1ZkYIScOE Justice junction Join telegram group https://t.me/lawstudyballb

*Suo Moto Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 1/2025 (2026 SC)* 1. The accused persons took the minor victim with them as a pillion rider on their motorcycle, after assuring her mother that they would drop the victim at her residence. The accused persons, instead, stopped the motorcycle near a culvert, dragged her towards it, and committed sexually offensive acts. However, due to the shrieks of the minor victim, two witnesses reached the spot, causing the accused persons to flee from the site. The only reason why “rape” was not furthered is the intervention of third-party witnesses. 2. There is a visible distinction between "preparation" and "attempt" to commit an offence and it all depends on the statutory edict coupled with the nature of evidence produced in a case. The stage of "preparation" consists of deliberation, devising or arranging the means or measures, which would be necessary for the commission of the offence. Whereas, an "attempt" to commit the offence, starts immediately after the completion of preparation. *"Attempt" is the execution of mens rea after preparation*. "Attempt" starts where "preparation" comes to an end, though it falls short of actual commission of the crime. 3. The accused persons proceeded with a pre-determined intent to commit an offence u/S.376 IPC on her. It is clearly apparent that *the mens rea involved had begun to be executed*. SC held that the allegations amount to attempt to commit rape and not merely preparation. Join telegram group https://t.me/Justicejunction2

Many students have been DM me regarding guidance for UP/BIHAR Judiciary and UP/BIHAR APO (GK/GS paper), so sharing a brief and practical roadmap here.

The Bihar Judiciary Examination comprises two papers: Paper I: General Studies (100 Questions) Paper II: Law (150 Questions)
📝 Exam से पहले UP/BIHAR PCS के last 10 years question papers ज़रूर solve करके जाएँ। UP exams के time पर जो Drishti (आँख वाली) magazine आती है, उसे एक बार अच्छे से revise / mug-up कर लें। UP GS paper का कोई fixed “end” नहीं है, लेकिन minimum itna toh karke hi जाना चाहिए। UP/BIHAR -specific preparation
📌 Important Note – Bihar Judiciary (Science) ⚠️ In Bihar Judiciary, Science plays a major role in selection. It is not just for prelims — there is a separate Science paper of 100 marks in Mains, which makes it extremely important. 📚 Recommended Books for Science ✔️ Lucent (General Science) ✔️ Visheshwar Das – Science Book (Hindi Medium) ✔️ *Ghatna Chakra (Science Section) 📘 For English Medium Students: Upkar Publication – General Science book can be referred to for better conceptual clarity.
Best wishes to all aspirants 🌟 Stay consistent. Stay focused. 📚
