Sometimes I imagine conversations in my head because it feels easier than expressing what I truly feel in real life. In my mind, the words come naturally, and I can finally explain every thought and emotion clearly. But when it comes to saying those things out loud, it’s like my mind shuts down, and everything I wanted to say stays trapped inside me instead.
