Bug Fix: Doctor’s chat was fetching all the images but now fetches just the images of that chat.

Just dropped a new feature: Amharic translations! 📝 Was kinda boring to do, but we survived and the main stuff works

Another Feature done!! Admin can now view all feedbacks, including patient & doctor info, ratings, messages, and contact preferences.

New Update: The doctor’s consultation page wasn’t fetching data before, but it’s now working as expected.
