Turning life experiences into meaningful learning! 💻 Tomorrow, my Form 5 students will be revising Report Writing, focusing on Survey Reports, through our PDPR session. Honestly, I can’t wait to hear their thoughts and perspectives on PDPR so far. How has this learning experience been for them? What challenges have they faced, and what have they learned along the way? Sometimes, the best lessons come from the experiences we are living through. Let’s turn this moment into an opportunity to reflect, learn and grow together.

Starting from tomorrow, we’ll officially have 18 days left before SPM. 🥹 Sharing this Story Writing worksheet for our SPM candidates to practise and sharpen their writing skills during this final stretch. At this point, every practice counts. I really hope our candidates make full use of these remaining days, especially to improve their ideas, language, organisation and the little details that can make a story more engaging. 18 days left. Keep writing. Keep improving. Keep pushing. We’re almost there 🤍

Hey Form 1 teachers! 👋🏻 I’ve prepared a set of non-linear text practices aligned with PULSE 2 and the UASA format to help prepare your kids for the upcoming UASA. The practices follow the Form 1 Part 4: True/False & Short Answer format, with 4 True/False items and 4 short-answer items based on non-linear texts. I truly understand that creating non-linear texts like these can be quite a hassle, especially with the graphics and visuals involved. So, I hope this small initiative can help ease your preparation. Feel free to try them out with your classes! P.S. I’m also working on linear text practices for Form 2 and Form 3. Stay tuned for more!

Sharing this little Collocations Pack with my students because I realised how useful collocations can be across almost every English paper. I find this especially useful for: Part 2: Rational Cloze, Reading Paper Students need to recognise which words naturally fit together in context, and knowing common collocations can really help them eliminate awkward or unnatural options. Part 4: Note Completion, Listening Paper Sometimes students can hear the general idea, but familiarity with common word combinations can help them predict, recognise and spell the expected answer more confidently. Of course, it also supports their Speaking and Writing by helping them move away from direct translation and use more natural English expressions. Hopefully this simple set of notes will help the kids see vocabulary not as isolated words, but as word partners that naturally belong together 🤍

Anyway, I’ve prepared five sets of mock tests for English 1119/2. Let’s just say they are my little predictions for SPM 2026. Who knows, right? 😂 I’ll be sharing them tomorrow, so feel free to adapt the sets as progress tests or use them for your final-lap classroom practice with your kids.

Sharing the prompt with you, just in case you would like to try it out to track your students’ progress. It is the least I could do to help ease your workload a little. Hope it helps! ❤️
