I'm not usually a yapper, but I had to get this out.

I don't know why so many people dislike God of Ruin, but I really enjoyed it. It's probably my favorite in the series, right alongside God of Fury. I'm not even going to compare the two because they're completely different stories. That said, I think a big reason God of Fury was so popular is Nikolai. His yearning, his sweet aggression, all of it was incredibly compelling. Meanwhile, Bran didn't really do much for me. I mean, he spent most of the book hating himself and being uptight. There was a reason for it, sure, but still... eh.In God of Ruin though, both main characters were so attractive in their own way. Mia is absolutely adorable, and Landon is just so cool. I loved their relationship and their dynamic. They felt like equals, which I really appreciated. And don't even get me started on Landon learning sign language for her, cooking for her, buying her things, and taking her on proper dates. I loved how he agreed to her conditions about exclusivity and how he kept calling her cute 😭. My heart melted every single time he thought she was cute.
