我还发现 Hermes 的 Telegram gateway 体验远差于 TUI 和第三方的 Web UI。稳定性不是很好，没做流式传输也真的很影响体验（

deriver/dreamer 还有 hermes 本身用的都是千问 3.5 122B-A10B。Embedding 模型用了 IBM 的 Granite 311M Multilingual R2，都跑在 GB10 上。 刚重启所有服务的时候发现对话变得特别慢，进行几轮对话后就没啥可感知的区别了。大概是 KV cache 需要预热吧。
