RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD. TUESDAY MAY 05 2026 WE HAVE THE SAME SPIRIT For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him (John 3:34). Many people speak about different measures of the Spirit, as if Christians receive varying portions of the Holy Spirit. But the truth is that we all received the same Holy Spirit in the same measure. We received the fullness of Him. The Holy Spirit is a Person, and when you received Him, you received the entirety of His Person. We read in our opening scripture that God doesn’t give the Spirit by measure, meaning you didn’t receive a part but all of Him. This is how the Lord Jesus received the Holy Spirit, and it’s how every Christian receives Him. It marks a significant difference between the Old Testament and the New Testament. In the Old Testament, the Spirit came on them in measures and for specific assignments, but now, we have received the fullness of Him. If the Spirit were given in measures today, how could we truly know how much we have received? What you have is the same Spirit that the apostles received. Studying the Book of Acts reveals a consistency: the Spirit in them produced boldness, power, and extraordinary results. The same is true of us today. The early Church carried the consciousness of the Kingdom and the authority of Christ. They preached with clarity and conviction, and God’s Word prevailed in their cities just as it does through us around the world today. By the same Spirit, the sick are healed, we cast out devils, raise the dead, and transform entire communities. We believe in what we have received and we’re acting accordingly; the Name of the Lord Jesus is magnified. We’re unstoppable because we know who we are and what we have. In Romans 8:11, this truth is amplified: it’s not a part of the Spirit that raised the Lord Jesus from the dead that’s dwelling in us; it’s the “same Spirit.” That same Spirit has vitalised your physical body and invigorated you with miracle-working ability. This is your reality. Walk in this consciousness and manifest the power and dominion of Christ. PRAYER / CONFESSION Dear Father, I thank you for the gift of the Holy Spirit who lives in me in His fullness. I walk in the consciousness of His indwelling presence, and I manifest the power, boldness and authority of Christ everywhere. My life is vitalised by the same Spirit that raised the Lord Jesus from the dead, and I walk in the dominion, wisdom and victory of the Spirit, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. RHAPSODY OF REALITIES TEEVO PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME TUESDAY, 5TH MAY 2026 LIVE WITH REVERENCE (Introduce Piety Into Your Life) TO THE BIBLE - 2 Peter 1:6 KJV “And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness.” LET’S TALK After learning about patience, the next virtue the Bible says to add to your faith is godliness. When you think about godliness, what comes to your mind? For many, it sounds like an old religious word, but it’s one of the most beautiful expressions of our life in Christ. The Greek word is “eusebeia,” and it means piety—reverence, devotion, and deep respect for God. Godliness is living every day with the consciousness that you’re in the presence of God and in the presence of angels. You’re never alone; the Holy Spirit is in you everywhere you go. That awareness changes how you think, speak, and act. You become conscious to do what’s right and excellent. Some people are careless and irreverent in their conduct. They talk anyhow, act anyhow, and forget that they carry God’s presence. But you’re different. You’re born again, and the Spirit of God lives in you. So, bring piety into your life. Let reverence shape your character. That’s what godliness means. As you grow in Christ, you start building a character of excellence. There are things you stop doing—not because they’re necessarily wrong, but because they’re not excellent. You stop speaking certain ways, dressing certain ways, or acting without grace. Why? Because you represent God! You’ve been called to a life of honour, discipline, and excellence. When others cut corners, you choose integrity. When others are loud and disrespectful, you speak with grace. When others live to please themselves, you live to please God. Remember, godliness isn’t about pretending to be spiritual; it’s living consciously in His presence. You carry His glory, so let it show in your words, your attitude, and your relationships. This is the life that produces true success and productivity—a life that reflects the very nature of God. Hallelujah! GO DEEPER 1 Timothy 4:8 NIV For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. Ephesians 5:1–2 NIV Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children 2 and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God. SPEAK The nature of God is fully expressed in me. I’m godly, righteous, and full of the Spirit. My words are gracious, my actions are pure, and my life is a reflection of His glory. I live every day with reverence and devotion to God, walking in love and producing fruits of righteousness. Glory to God! You are not an accident—never! God made you on purpose and for a special reason. He created you to show His goodness, love, and glory to the world. The Bible says you are chosen, special, and precious to Him (1 Peter 2:9). That means your life is meant to shine and help others see how wonderful God is. Jesus said, “You are the light of the world...” (Matthew 5:14). Just like Joseph, who kept trusting God even while in prison and later became a great leader, God can use you wherever you are to show His greatness. So, walk with joy and confidence every day, knowing that God made you wonderfully and lovingly to reflect His beauty and light. Hallelujah! I have access to the treasures of wisdom and knowledge, and I walk daily in excellent judgment. I am prudent, intelligent, and filled with knowledge. I make decisions with precision and grace, and I always arrive at the best outcomes because the Spirit of wisdom guides me. My results are outstanding. The Word of God has shaped my mind to think accurately and creatively. My thoughts, words, and actions align with God’s will for my life. I do not lack understanding; wisdom flows in me without restriction. My lips speak righteousness, truth, and solutions. I possess the knowledge of witty inventions and the capacity to execute ideas with excellence and skill. Nothing is too difficult for me, because Christ is my ability and my sufficiency. I am seated with Christ in heavenly places, far above all principality, power, and dominion. I function from a realm of superiority, mastery, and dominion. I reign in righteousness and carry the atmosphere of the Spirit everywhere I go. No weapon fashioned against me shall prosper, and no negative force can influence my mind or my life. I am kept in perfect peace because my mind is stayed on God’s Word. The grace of God is at work in me, lifting me, promoting me, and attracting the right people, resources, and opportunities into my life. I am positioned for success and triumph on every side. Everything I do prospers, and everywhere I go, I shine with divine favour. I have a sound mind. A mind that is sharp, stable, empowered, and full of insight. Christ purchased a life of glory for me through His death and resurrection, and sickness has no place in that life. Therefore, no disease can enter my body. I have what God says I have; I am who He says I am, and I can do all He says I can do. I live above all limitations and circumstances. I walk in preordained pathways of blessings! Divine health flourishes in me. Goodness and mercy follow me everywhere I go, and I have the supernatural grace to excel in all endeavors today. By virtue of the divine life of Christ at work in me, I experience health, victory, and prosperity. I have guaranteed health, success, safety, wellness, and wholeness in Jesus’ name. Amen.

God lives inside my heart, and He shows the world how wonderful He is through me! God is so good to me. I am strong and healthy. Because Jesus is in me, my body feels great and full of life. I am full of the joy of the Holy Spirit, and that joy is my “super-strength” every single day. I have a life inside me that can never be broken! My faith is powerful. I don’t worry about what things look like or how I feel; I only listen to what God says. I trust Him with my whole heart, and I know my faith always works, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
