RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD. WEDNESDAY JUNE 24 2026 MINGLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit (1 Corinthians 6:17). One of the biggest truths ever revealed to us in the Word of God is our oneness with the Lord. We’re inseparably one with Him. It’s the reason we can do the work of God with power. He didn’t call us to struggle through life by ourselves; He called us to live in Him and through Him every day. Many have the wrong idea about this. They think the Holy Spirit is somewhere inside them, like a separate being living within them. But that’s not it. He didn’t come to stay beside your spirit; He came to be united with your spirit. That’s the meaning of what we read in our opening scripture: “He that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.” You’re not merely connected to the Holy Spirit; you’re mingled with Him. There’re not two spirits living inside you; no! There’s only one—the Holy Spirit, united with your spirit. This is the reason for your divine nature. You’re not alone; you’re functioning by the Holy Spirit who lives in and through you. That means when you act, it’s not just you. When you speak, it’s not just you speaking. When you stretch your hand, it’s not just your hand—it’s your hand and the hand of the Holy Spirit, one hand, God and you as one. This is your reality in Christ. You’re not trying to get God to be with you; He’s in you, and you’re in Him. His presence in you is not occasional; it’s constant. Whether you feel it or not, He’s there. With this understanding comes a new consciousness. You’re strong in Him. 2 Corinthians 3:5 AMPC declares, “Not that we are fit (qualified and sufficient in ability) of ourselves to form personal judgments or to claim or count anything as coming from us, but our power and ability and sufficiency are from God.” The Holy Spirit is your sufficiency. You’re limitless in Him. Failure in anything or in any area isn’t a possibility because your life is now the outworking of His life in you. PRAYER / CONFESSION Dear Father, thank you for the Holy Spirit who lives in me. I’m not alone; I’m one with Him. I live in the consciousness of this union, walking in your wisdom, power, and presence every day. My life is the expression of your divine nature; I’m filled with your power, my life is the outworking of your grace, and I function with divine ability today, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. RHAPSODY OF REALITIES TEEVO PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME WEDNESDAY, 24TH JUNE 2026 HOW TO KNOW THE VOICE OF THE SPIRIT (How God Speaks to You in Real Life) TO THE BIBLE - John 10:27 “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me" LET’S  TALK One question many Christians have asked is: “How do I know when the Holy Spirit is talking to me?” The first and most important thing is to receive the Holy Spirit into your heart. When you do, He doesn’t just visit. He lives in you and becomes your constant guide. The Bible says, “He who is joined to the Lord is one spirit” (1 Corinthians 6:17), so you and the Holy Spirit are connected. Soon, you’ll notice His voice talking to you from your spirit. Romans 8:16 says the Spirit “bears witness with our spirit,” so your own spirit confirms that it’s Him speaking. He is the best Teacher, so first you receive Him, and then He will guide you to recognize His voice. Another important thing to do in knowing the voice of the Spirit is to get really familiar with the Bible, because His words always line up with Scripture. He won’t tell you to do something that goes against God’s Word. John 16:13 says, “However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.” If you know the Word well, you’ll notice whenever the Holy Spirit talks to you, because His voice always agrees with Scripture. His voice and the Bible always match. The Holy Spirit is the Master Communicator and knows the best way to grab your attention. The Bible gives the example of Moses and the burning bush. The bush was on fire, but it didn’t burn up. God just needed Moses to notice it. When Moses moved closer, God spoke—but only after He got Moses’ attention. After that, Moses didn’t need another burning bush to know God’s voice. The same is true for you: He can speak while you’re doing homework, texting a friend, or deciding what to do in a tough situation. He will teach you to hear Him clearly. GO DEEPER Romans 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. Isaiah 30:21 And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left. Deuteronomy 4:36 Out of heaven he made thee to hear his voice, that he might instruct thee: and upon earth he shewed thee his great fire; and thou heardest his words out of the midst of the fire. PRAY Dear Father, thank you for sending your Spirit to live within me. Help me notice His voice in everyday life—at school, with friends, and in decisions I make. I pay attention to Him today and always as He speaks to me from the Word and counsels me from within. As I yield to Him more and more, I become familiar with His voice, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. That’s why God wants His children to gladly do His work of telling others about Jesus. He wants you to be busy for Him. Being busy for the Lord means loving others, sharing the Gospel, and helping people know the Lord better. Even though you’re young, you can still serve the Lord. You can pray for  your friends, family members, and neighbours; be kind, obey your parents, and tell your friends about Jesus. When you do these things, God is pleased with you, and your efforts will be rewarded with resounding success. Hallelujah! This is my season of fulfilment, completion, and evident advancement. The Lord delights in me and continually positions me for promotion, opportunities, and success. Everywhere I go, favour speaks for me, and all things work together for my good according to His divine purpose. The life of God is at work in every fibre of my being. Every cell of my blood, every bone in my body, and every function of my mind is energised by the Holy Spirit. I enjoy divine health, strength, and vitality every day. Sickness, disease, weakness, and fear have no place in me because Christ lives in me. My strength is renewed continually, and I walk in health, peace, and soundness of mind. I am an heir of God and a joint heir with Christ; therefore, poverty and lack have no place in my life. The Lord abundantly supplies all my needs and causes the works of my hands to prosper. My resources increase, my investments are fruitful, and my efforts produce excellent results. I walk in super-abundance, possessing more than enough for every good work. Wealth, increase, and prosperity flow towards me by the blessing of the Lord. The Spirit of God lives in me and grants me wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. I know what to do in every situation because divine insight guides my decisions. My mind is sharp, alert, and productive. I receive inspired ideas, creative solutions, and strategic direction for success. I cannot fail because the wisdom of God is working in me, causing me to excel in all that I do. I have been vested with power and authority through Christ to reign in life and exercise dominion over every circumstance. My progress is unstoppable, and no weapon formed against me shall prosper. Challenges become opportunities for victory, and obstacles give way before me. I live above the limitations of this world, continually triumphing through the power and grace of God at work in me. I am God’s instrument of love, mercy, and compassion in my world. His Word fills my heart and guides my actions. I walk in righteousness, manifest His goodness, and shine as a light wherever I go. Through the Holy Spirit, I influence lives positively and bring glory to God. I live victoriously, prosper exceedingly, and fulfil my divine purpose, demonstrating Christ’s excellence and dominion everywhere. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
