5 BEST DRINKS FOR A HEALTHY BODY
🍏1. With apple and cinnamon.

Hot Pink Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup raw local honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup water (for the simple syrup)
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Make the Simple Syrup:
- In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and the honey.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
2. Juice the Lemons:
- Roll the lemons on the countertop with the palm of your hand to help release the juice.
- Cut the lemons in half and juice them using a citrus juicer or reamer to obtain 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.
3. Mix the Lemonade:
- In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice and the cooled simple syrup.
- Add 2 cups of cold water and 1 cup of cranberry juice to the pitcher. Stir well to combine.

INGREDIENTS
🔸3 cups frozen pineapple
🔸1 cup baby spinach (can use kale)
🔸2–4 Tbsp fresh mint
🔸1 cup light coconut milk
🔸1 cup water
optional: 2-4 Tbsp , unflavored collagen protein powder and 1 Tbsp. chia seeds.
PREPARATION
