A fresh Sega Saturn homebrew release, but it's surprisingly demanding for the emulator! 🎮
Even on a PS4 Pro with Boost Mode enabled, there are occasional slowdowns, though the game remains playable.
What can I say? It's a fun little game. Sure, it's a bit rough around the edges, but for a Sega Saturn title released in 2026, it's actually a very impressive achievement.
Retro gaming and homebrew fans should definitely check it out. 🚀

Even back then, it felt like the game was still far from release despite the 2023 target. There was a certain roughness to it that made it feel surprisingly low-budget.
It also seemed to have less of that fairy-tale Fabletown atmosphere that made me fall in love with the original.
That said, Bigby seeing a therapist is still one of the most intriguing ideas from the trailer. What exactly happened to him after the first game?
