If you're having trouble falling asleep at night, I highly recommend making a couple simple changes. One, use your blue light filter on all of your devices once the sun starts going down. It's easy to program it to automatically turn on at a certain time too if you have trouble remembering to turn it on. Two, make sure the lights in you home are dimmed as the sun goes down as well. It will help your brain to recognize that it's night time and to start making melatonin to prepare for sleep. Candles are an excellent replacement. These are extremely simple ways to make a major change in your sleep.

Oc. Fred Leuchter, inventor of the electric chair and outspoken Holocaust denier was asked to testify on behalf of Ernst Zündel in Canada in 1988. Zündel underwent two criminal trials in the 1980s for publishing the book, ‘Did Six Million Really Die? The Truth At Last,’ on charges of “inciting racial hatred” and “being a threat to national security.” Leuchter’s research included testing the walls of Auschwitz for cyanide, of which results came back negative. Author David Irving credits this research to his awakening. Irving had also testified in the ‘88 trial of Zündel. "What happened in all of these facilities [concentration camps] is undoubtedly a mystery. Whether or not these facilities were used for gas execution, that's not a mystery; I don't believe they were, because in my best engineering opinion I don't think they could've been." -Fred Leuchter (Mr. Death, 1999)
