Hello everyone! 👋🏻 Project Alpha 🐘will be hosting a Donation Drive from April to mid-May. We understand that this time of year can be busy with moving out or grinding for finals😮‍💨, but we believe it's a perfect opportunity to spread some love ❤️ and share items that could bring joy to others👏🏼. This summer break, we'll be heading over to Laos 🇱🇦to bring smiles to the faces of children in schools😊😊. To make our visit extra special, we're looking for various items: 1) arts and crafts supplies 🎨🖌 - since the kids love drawing. 2) leftover friendship beads📿 and elastic cord from your Taylor Swift concert - we plan to use them to make friendship bracelets with the kids, creating lasting memories and bonds🙆🏼‍♀️🙆🏼‍♀️. 3) Any other items you want to share ❤️ We'll have a designated donation box 📥placed outside Hall 4 & 5 admin office from 10th April to 10th May. IMPT REMINDER Hi Ohmers! Gentle reminder today (2 Apr) is the last day for you to submit your hall withdrawal request if you intend to move out BEFORE 17 May 2024. You may apply here. If you intend to move out AFTER 17 May 2024, please indicate your move out date here by today (2 Apr) as well. If you do not submit any of the above forms by today (2 Apr), your last day of your hall stay will be 17 May 2024.

Additional things to take note: 1. Senior Hall application will open from 3rd April via the school portal, and you MUST submit the application and put Hall 4 as your FIRST choice! 2.There is NO Sem 2 Rec List, so please fill this up if you're going exchange / intern in Sem 1 and want to stay in Hall 4 for Sem 2. 3. This form is for SENIORS only! Freshmen Rec List will be released at a later date. 4. Non-hall 4 residents are welcome to apply for the rec list! Do share with your friends if they are interested in staying in Hall 4
