The Best Prayer – Fajr on Friday in Congregation: أَفْضَلُ الصَّلَوَاتِ عِنْدَ اللهِ تَعَالىَ صَلاَةُ الصُّبْحِ يَوْمَ الجُمُعَةِ فِي جَمَاعَةٍ The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said,” The best prayer with Allah is Fajr on Friday in congregation. Collected by Al-Bayhaqi in Imam and Abu Nuaym in Hilyah . Shaykh Al-Albani (may Allah have mercy on him) graded this hadeeth as being authentic in Silsilatu Saheehah 4/91 The reason why the best congregational prayer is Fajr on Friday is because Friday is the best day of the week. Based on this hadeeth Fajr is the best of the five daily prayers. Imam Ash-Shafi defined this hadeeth. However according to the majority of his companions in his school of thought, they hold the best congregational prayer to be Asr. The reason for this is because it’s the middle prayer based on an authentic hadeeth without any contradiction. Then the second best is Fajr, then Isha, then Maghrib and finally Thur.  @dailydawah (telegram)

Three awesome tips for the last 10 days of Ramadan!: 1. Give one dinar, dollar, and so on in charity every day, so if it falls on Laylat Al-Qadr (the Night of Decree), then it is as if you gave charity everyday for 84 years. 2. Pray two units of prayer everyday, so if it falls on Laylat Al-Qadr, then it is as if you prayed every day for 84 years. 3. Read Surah Al-Ikhlaas three times a day, so if it falls on Laylat Al-Qadr, it is as if you read the whole Quran everyday for 84 years. Sidenote: these acts are not Bida'a, these acts are examples of the good deeds that the Muslim should be keen on observing in these ten blessed nights, in which the rewards are doubled, in the hope that his deeds coincide with Laylat Al-Qadr. Seeking #Knowledge is a #never ending #journey: The great Imam Ibn al-Mubarak rh was asked, إِلَى مَتَى تَطْلُبُ الْعِلْمَ؟ “For how long will you seek knowledge?” He replied by saying, حَتَّى الْمَمَاتِ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَعَلَّ الْكَلِمَةَ الَّتِي تَنْفَعُنِي لَمْ أَكْتُبْهَا بَعْدُو “Until death, if Allah wills. Perhaps the words that will benefit me have not yet been written.” *Source: “al-Mujālasah wa Jawāhir” 312

THERBSCURE *What Is Cupping Therapy?* Cupping therapy is an alternative technique that helps with blood flow and circulation. Dating back to ancient cultures, cupping is not a new concept. This type of therapy is one of the oldest in medical textbooks. Cupping is sometimes considered an alternative medicine and is primarily used on the back, stomach, arms and legs. Many people use cupping for: Pain relief Chronic health issues Anxiety And more These cups are designed for all techniques of cupping including dry, wet and fire cupping. The glass can withstand the movement and heat that happens during the technique. *How does cupping work?* The practice increases blood flow, loosens the fascia or connective tissue, and is thought to stimulate healing. It is similar to the way deep tissue massage can be used to break up scar tissue and reduce pain. The cups are often placed on the back, neck, and shoulders or the site of pain. *What are the benefits of cupping?* The benefits of cupping include local pain relief and muscle relaxation. Cupping improves overall health by removing the energy blockages that TCM practitioners identify as barriers to the flow of healthy energy or qi. For athletes, cupping may help increase blood flow to a particular muscle region or help reduce pain. Numerous athletes from the Olympics in Rio 2016 used cupping. This was easily seen by circular markings on some of the U.S. swim team members. *What conditions does cupping treat* ? *Cupping is traditionally used to treat lung disorders like:* cough, bronchial congestion, and asthma. *It is also traditionally used for:* paralysis, digestive complaints, and pain. Researchers have studied cupping primarily in China, finding benefit in conditions such as anxiety, depression, back pain, varicose veins, high blood pressure, eczema, acne, fertility, arthritis, fibromyalgia, diabetes, anemia, shingles (herpes zoster), insomnia, and gout. *What are the different types of cupping?* Different types of cupping are selected based on the treatment goals of the acupuncturist. There are also different types of cups. Most commonly, cups are made out of glass. However, a thousand years ago, cups were made of bamboo, clay, or animal horns. *Sliding cups:* The sliding cups technique is traditionally performed on large muscle groups of the back to treat pain and muscle spasms. Massage oil is applied to the skin prior to the cups being placed, which allows the cups to glide easily over the surface of the skin. *Air cupping:* With air cupping, an alternative to fire cupping, a handheld suction pump is used to remove air from the cups, creating the vacuum without heat. Some clinical research from China suggests this innovation in cupping technology is more comfortable for patients. *Wet cupping* : Wet cupping combines an acupuncture technique called bleeding with cupping. A lancet is used to prick the skin before the cup is applied, which encourages a small amount of blood to flow from the area. This treatment is thought to dispel internal toxins. TCM practitioners in China use this technique for "cooling" inflammatory conditions. *What Happens After Cupping Therapy* After cupping therapy, you can expect slight bruising where the cups were placed. All patients are different and will experience different symptoms after cupping. *What should I do before coming for the session?* Note that cupping fee at the clinic here is #10,000 Also note that home service fees varies per location of the patient but mostly from #15,000 upward. After that, book an appointment with us on 08068034171. Stay away from food nd drinks 3_4 hours before cupping starts. Wear loose fitting clothes. And lastly ensure coming as early as 8am if your booking falls in the morning,But if its in the evening ensure to be here by 5pm.
