Best settings for videos before patching : Mp4 Codec h264/hevc Bitrate 10~25 Fps 60 Open this link on your browser to be able to download the file, Install the zip file on your pc browser or lemur browser for android after activating developer mode on extensions menu, if you still don't know how to install a custom extension on browser then search for tutorial on YT, patch a video on it, download it, then post it, do it all while opening the tiktok uploading page, Use the extension on any pc browser, if you dont want the video to lag then make sure the bitrate is low, done, nobody can turn it off or lock it, even me too....
