You can adjust the downscale value yourself in the downscale.txt file. Recommended range is 0.7 – 0.9 for best balance between performance and visual. Going too low (like 0.5) may cause instability or worse performance.

If downscale isn’t applied, just reboot. Open your game, wait till Li Qinghe shows “Performance”, then close and reopen the game. After that, you should notice the difference.
