If you have any insights, examples, or suggestions that I should incorporate into the keynote, do share them. I’d love to take your perspectives to the stage.

Repost from Saral By Neelam
Good morning everyone! I’ll be delivering a keynote address at the annual Education Summit organized by The Economic Times. Since the audience will include industry leaders, founders, and decision-makers, I’ve decided to speak about an issue I feel strongly about: how the talent ecosystem is missing out by overlooking UPSC aspirants who don’t make it to the final list.

Have a Great Day

A few days ago, my ex-roommate and one of my oldest friends sent me this message. She has known me since 2014. Before the followers. Before the courses. Before any of the things people now call "success." And as I read her words, I found myself thinking about something strange. Because if I am being completely honest, when I look back at my life, I don't see a story of uninterrupted success. I see failures. I see plans that didn't work out. I see opportunities I missed. I see dreams that took years longer than I thought they would. I see versions of myself that tried, fell, cried, doubted, and started again. Yes, I have succeeded at some things. But I have failed at many more. And maybe that's why this message touched me so deeply. Because sometimes we become so busy counting our failures that we forget how far we have actually come. To every student reading this: The chapter you are in right now is not the whole book. One bad test is not your future. One failed attempt is not your identity. One slow year is not the end of your story. The people you admire today were once sitting exactly where you are wondering if their hard work would ever amount to anything. Please don't quit on yourself just because the results haven't arrived yet. Keep going. One day, years from now, someone who watched your entire journey will look at you and say, "I always knew you could do it." And on that day, you won't remember the marks, the rankings, or the setbacks. You'll remember that you didn't give up when life gave you every reason to. And that changed everything. ❤️
