🇬🇧 REPORT
UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham:
Deindustrialization, deregulation, privatization, austerity, Brexit—and what has it given us?
A country run for vested interests, not in the public interest, with power held in too few hands and too many places left to drift.

I personally think this was an act of sabotage by the Ukrainian GUR.
This Tu-95MS strategic bomber was flying with a full crew (7) and was likely equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles ahead of the upcoming attack, redeploying to Olenya Airbase. The Russian Ministry of Defence claims that the aircraft was carrying out a training mission, but it would be an unusual time for this considering the next large-scale missile attack on Ukraine was expected to occur soon.

🇺🇸 REPORT
CNN, MS NOW and Politico have asked a federal court to extend an order blocking President Trump’s White House media ban while their lawsuit proceeds, WaPo reports.
Trump barred the three outlets on September 18, accusing them of “FAKE NEWS,” but a federal judge temporarily restored their access for 14 days. That order expires October 8.
The outlets are now seeking a preliminary injunction granting them the “same access” they had before the ban, arguing that the White House has enforced the restrictions “unpredictably and inconsistently.”

Footage showing the moment the Russian Tu-95MS strategic bomber crashed after taking off from Ukrainka Airbase.
It's possible that the aircraft was equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles, and was redeploying to Olenya Airbase in Murmansk Oblast ahead of the next combined missile and drone attack on Ukraine.

It's been a bad year for Russian aviation...
(Note: the image circulating claiming to show a crashed Tu-95MS is old/fake).
