i dont have a customer service representative. if you have a order issue with the bot not taking your order down you need to contact me @traffickerNew dont contact anyone else. if you filled out your order on the bot correctly and in a couple days you get a order SHIPPED notification that means ive seen your order and ive processed it. then you just have to wait until i get that order to you. do not spam my bot SOS for no reason i dont check bot SOS because its filled with bullshit. if your order get marked shipped its more than likely on the way, if its not on your informed delivery i probably have delays on that specific item you ordered you just have to be patient.

OPSEC RULES TO READ: *do NOT reuse a drop address more than 4-5 times before you let it cool down. the adversaries use pattern recognition. 1-3 medium flat rate USPS boxes from CA might land, after the 4th or 5th you're probably going to get it stolen or held. *do NOT use fake names. if you have just moved make sure your name is on the USPS registry and has a good record of mail history at the new location or you can still get a RTS *do NOT forward stuff from an old address to a new address trying to be slick. we have seen this fuck up all the time. get a new address. *do NOT order from multiple vendors AT THE SAME TIME TO THE SAME DROP. if you are moving weight you should ideally have 1 drop per vendor. that way if 1 vendor has issues it does not effect your other vendor's items they have sent if you want to have 2 orders coming at once. picture this: you have 1 address you order 112 to it then you order a 2.5k the 112 gets held now you're fucked up because you have a 2.5k still coming and you have also fucked up your other vendor. if you only have one drop for the time being you need to order 1 ITEM AT A TIME WAIT FOR IT TO LAND THEN ORDER YOUR NEXT ITEM. *do NOT spam 3-4 packages a week of TINY amounts. ORDER 1 LARGE PACK FOR PERSONAL USE ONCE A MONTH OR ONCE EVERY 2 MONTHS. you save money this way because you get a better deal. it is safer this way for you and your vendors. budget and save your money so you can scale up and in the end save more money by getting better deals. STOP spamming tiny amounts to 1 address all the time.

if it hasn't been 12 days since we confirmed your item do not bother us for updates stuff is handled twice weekly if you are doing something thurs and we don't process it until sun obviously it has not shipped until mon 12 days since confirm we do not have time to sit and hand hold all of you every other day asking the same questions get informed delivery
