Yesterday i didnt do much 🙈
But today I just wanted to say sth. In most of the rooms I find myself in, im not the most intelligent, the most skilled or the most familiar with the topics, but I always and I mean always, try to be the most communicative. I build networks, and that's the reason I exist in that room in the first place.
So what I want to say is: take that chance, try that new opportunity and always look out for ways to be better.

1. Limit your usage time (use tools like yscroll)
2. Delete the app completely and substitute it with another one (like TikWiki)
3. Use the web version if it’s truly necessary
4. Make access difficult so you’ll be too lazy to search for it
5. If you can’t do all of the above, build something on it post or make a video. At least then you won’t spend the whole day just consuming
