| 5 | ✍️ OUTAGE Announcement ✍️
Hello everyone,
We'd like to be transparent about the issues currently affecting our services.
Over the past several days, we have experienced significantly higher demand than anticipated. While we have been actively scaling our infrastructure, hardware procurement and delivery times have been slower than expected due to current market conditions. We have been waiting for additional hardware to arrive at the datacenter so we can address many of the ongoing issues and improve overall service stability.
At the same time, we have been upgrading our network, installing new hardware, and deploying additional servers. During this process, we encountered several unexpected issues that have impacted service availability.
Our team is working around the clock to resolve these problems as quickly as possible. Our goal is to have all outstanding support tickets answered and affected servers restored by the end of today.
We also want to apologize for not communicating sooner. We should have kept everyone better informed throughout this process, and we appreciate your patience while we work through these challenges.
Please know that resolving these issues is our highest priority. Customers affected by the downtime will receive additional service time as compensation.

We have managed to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, several factors contributed to the delay especially since it happened on a Sunday, when it was much harder to source everything needed.
The recovery process took longer than expected, but we are now back up and running. Everything should start functioning normally again.
To help prevent similar issues in the future, we are now adding additional redundancy measures to improve reliability and recovery times.

We're aware that servers in the Netherlands in the IP range 64.xxx.xxx.xxx may have some intermittent connectivity issues. Due to a dark fibre issue between Equinix datacenters, the subnet in question was not accepted by the backup network. We are currently working on bringing the network up through a new upstream. We apologize for this and hope to be up within the next hour.
