The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has introduced a new multiple-entry Umrah visa, valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
Key details:
✅ Multiple entries into Saudi Arabia within one year.
✅ Stay in the Kingdom for up to 90 days in total during the visa's validity.
✅ A new Nusuk service package and Umrah permit must be obtained before each trip.
❌ This visa is not valid during the Hajj season.

The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques has announced the opening of applications for study at the Institute of the Haram (Makkah) and its branch at the Prophet’s Mosque ﷺ (Madinah).

| 10 |  Applications Open for Nikah at Masjid an-Nabawi
Applications for holding a Nikah ceremony at Masjid an-Nabawi in Madinah will begin starting from Shawwal 1447 AH.
Main conditions:
• Maximum number of attendees: 25 people
• Nikah is held 15 minutes after Isha prayer and lasts no longer than 30 minutes
• The ceremony must take place in the designated area inside the mosque
• Food and drinks are not allowed, except Saudi coffee and dates
• Gifts, mahr, and distribution items are not permitted
• Must not disturb visitors or worshippers
• Cleanliness and preservation of the Prophet’s Mosque property are mandatory
• Photography and videography only with permission
• Permission may be revoked if conditions are violated
• Children under 7 years old are not allowed

I have heard some sad stories:
— one brother bought the furniture from the previous tenant for an extremely high price (he didn't know the prices) and later deeply regretted it
— another used an apartment finding service, paid a huge amount of money, and was very disappointed with the quality of the service
— a third moved into an apartment full of insects
— another person rented an apartment and only then discovered that half of the electrical sockets provided 110 volts instead of 220, making them practically unusable for normal electricity use (the landlord simply didn't mention it)
— my own first bad experience: years ago I rented an apartment for the first time through a real estate office, only to find out that the apartment had an unpaid 3,000 SAR electricity bill which I had to pay just to get the electricity restored
And unfortunately, there are more such stories...
✏️At first, I planned to publish only one chapter of the guide for free — the one specifically about renting accommodation.
But in the end, I decided to release the entire guide completely free.

But at the very least, after reading it you will have a clear and realistic understanding of moving to Madinah.
Most importantly, when renting an apartment, you will already know what to look out for and where people most often make mistakes.
⚠️Honestly, it is very sad to see people arrive in Madinah with great hopes, only to face serious problems due to inexperience or the dishonesty of some people.
