If there was a dumbbell curl equivalent for manifestation it’d be this: Everytime you’re about to do something, say in your head and visualize what you’re about to do, and then do it. I’m talking about SIMPLE things for example: “I’m going to go into my bedroom and grab my wallet”. And then you do exactly that. Every rep trains your mind slowly to believe what you say to it will happen.
