HOW TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER:
1. Try not to eat at night and go to bed with an empty stomach. Over 1–2 weeks you’ll start having light, pleasant dreams and wake up each morning in a good mood, already inspired to do something, and you’ll rise feeling fresh rather than dragged to stay in bed for half the day.
2. Try not to add two seasonings to your meals: salt and pepper. You’ll see you can feel full with two to three times less food; within 1–2 weeks the body will stop swelling, and after a month you’ll noticeably lose weight (this applies to those who have extra weight).
3. Try not to drink lemonades or any store-bought carbonated drinks, and you’ll discover how tasty plain water is and that you need far less to quench your thirst.
4. Try lying in the grass, among the trees, away from cars, without worrying about people, and you’ll hear the long-awaited quiet inside you.

RULES FOR LIFE
1️⃣ Stop pitying yourself!
Self-pity is one of the worst emotions you can have. It wrecks everything around you; give in to it and you’ll feel helpless. Stop being a victim, stop pitying yourself, and choose happiness.
2️⃣ Be grateful
Modern life is full of hustle, and we rarely appreciate the blessings it brings. Right now, name everything you’re grateful for: family, health, home—everything. Practice gratitude every day and you’ll be happier.
3️⃣ Say “Yes!” more often.
We all say “No!” way too often. Try saying “Yes!” to more of life’s events. Say “Yes!” to your emotions, to situations, to social events—and you’ll be happier.
4️⃣ Happiness is possible only in the present. Many of us spend our lives elsewhere, not in the “present.” We’re obsessed with the past or with plans for the future, while the present moment is the only thing that truly exists. Decide to be happy TODAY.

💫 Learn to forgive. This is mainly for you, not for the person who hurt you. By forgiving, you gain the peace and freedom you deserve. Forgive easily and quickly.
