▫️Nurture your body. Learn to eat in a way that truly supports it. What kind of food fuels your energy and vitality? Explore movement and exercise—what feels good to you? Care for and respect the body you live in, as the sacred space it is.
▫️Practice mirror work.
Look yourself in the eyes more often. Let feelings of growing self-love rise as you do. While gazing into the mirror, forgive yourself. While gazing, speak to your parents within your mind—and release them. At least once a day, say aloud: "I love you. I really, truly love you."
