Make a short list, and that intimidating “everyone” will shrink to maybe your family, your partner, your boss, or perhaps a neighbor. Not “EVERYONE.”
✅ Tell yourself: “Most people are too wrapped up in their own lives to judge me,” or “If they don’t like me, that’s their problem.”
✅ Don’t rush to defend yourself.
If you hear criticism aimed at you, don’t hurry to go into “defense.”
