A quick update for all our "shareholders" During this period of going heads-down, we’ve been working on a series of major product updates and rebuilds: Creator Center (Channel Creation Toolkit) With a built-in editor and seamless Twitter-to-channel syncing; Creator Studio A cross-platform workspace that helps creators distribute and monetize content more efficiently; On-chain Market Data Infrastructure A unified layer powered by full on-chain token data; New Points System Designed to better incentivize community contributions and engagement. On top of that, we’ve made significant improvements in performance and overall experience (special thanks to our users for constantly pushing us forward 🙏). Starting in April, these updates will be rolled out progressively. p.s. No matter how the market, environment, or ecosystem evolves — we’re here, and we’re building fast.

What Is a Real Asset — And How Should You Choose? In a bull market, anything can be packaged as an “asset.” In a bear market, only a few things can prove they truly are. A real asset isn’t “something that once pumped.” It’s something that survives time, stands on durable consensus, and remains needed by a functioning system. In crypto, that usually means one of two things: (1) absolute, cycle-resistant consensus, or (2) sustainable product value with a real cashflow/fee loop. With that filter, “alt season is dead” doesn’t mean innovation is over. It means the old, brainless version of alt season—driven by emotion relay, liquidity mirages, and narrative-stacked valuations—will be much harder to repeat. What lasts will look more like traditional assets: one category closer to gold (store of value), and another closer to equities (productive assets). So my conclusions are simple: First, BTC is the closest thing in crypto to an “absolute consensus asset.” Second, another direction that can potentially survive cycles is platform/protocol tokens that actually keep a service economy running—real products, real users, real fees, and a clear value-capture mechanism. As for memes: sure, they can be entertainment, culture, and attention games. But if you treat pure attention as a long-term allocation… good luck to you. The best part of on-chain economies is that everyone can participate: You can do financial investing (put in capital; trade patience and discipline for asymmetric upside). Or you can do building investing (no money? contribute effort—research, code, product, growth, content, ops—and earn ownership and compounding). At this point in the cycle, my preferred strategy is closer to “survive first, win later”: On the financial side: DYOR, build positions gradually, control leverage and sizing, and keep the core in assets that can outlast cycles. On the building side: DYOR as well—pick a truly good product to commit to, one that solves real problems, can generate revenue and distribution, and has a clear incentive design.

Thanks for waiting. Over the past month+, we’ve gone through an almost full rebuild of Conso — fixing core experience issues and laying the groundwork for a much faster iteration cycle ahead. Huge thanks to all the builders who joined the beta since early January. Your hands-on testing and honest feedback gave us the confidence to move forward. Along the way, we also shipped several major features. They may not be perfect yet, but they represent the framework of where Conso is going. In the upcoming product previews, you’ll see a lot of meaningful updates. Yes — every single one of them matters. Take a look at the preview first. The new version will officially launch next week. Stay tuned. 🚩

We’re wrapping up a major experience upgrade for the Conso App — UX, content presentation, and delivery logic have all been reworked at a foundational level. Everything feels much smoother now. It’s coming very soon. On another note, looking ahead to Jan–Feb next year: we’ll roll out a major mechanism upgrade to Conso Points. This won’t be a simple parameter tweak — it will be paired with a set of creator tools designed for channel-based content, along with a series of structured platform incentive programs. This is not just talk — it’s already well underway. More updates will land in a tighter cadence soon. Thanks for your continued support and patience. 🐣

This week has been all about preparing for what’s next. We’re lining up several important product updates — improvements across our core features, plus a few new capabilities I’m personally very excited about. I can’t wait to get these into your hands and hear how they feel in real use. Once again, I’m reminded of how powerful our community is. Especially our KOCs — your enthusiasm, your sharing, your feedback, and honestly your constant push for us to do better… it all means a lot. You play a real role in shaping Conso. Because of that, we’re going to put serious focus into upgrading our sharing flows, giving you better tools, smoother experiences, and a benefits system that actually rewards your effort and your influence. At the same time, I’ve been thinking deeply about product direction. The structure is becoming clearer — not abstract ideas anymore, but a real framework. And here, I want to invite more voices: project teams, community operators, content creators, and anyone building inside Telegram. Tell me what you need. Tell me what’s missing. My goal is simple: make Conso a powerful weapon for your growth in the Telegram ecosystem. Thank you for staying close, pushing us forward, and building with us every week. Let’s keep moving. 🚩

This week, my focus has been on the community itself. A lot of what’s moving Conso forward right now is, very simply, you. First, thank you — truly — for all the support and the active feedback on our new features. Many of you didn’t just “use” Conso; you stress-tested it, challenged it, pushed it. Some core users even joked that “finding bugs” has become a badge of honor. That energy is priceless. It helps us locate issues faster, understand what matters, and sharpen our direction. Meanwhile, WeChat has started large-scale blocking of web3 communities and content. Because of this, our ops team has been talking closely with many community builders who were originally operating on WeChat. We’ve been discussing how to rebuild, migrate, and evolve their communities on Conso. We’re taking all your suggestions seriously — and we’ll keep strengthening our community + content tools so that Telegram feels less like an obstacle and more like a canvas. Our goal is to break the idea of “Telegram is hard to use” with real product design and a co-creation framework that supports everyone. At the same time, we’re continuing to grow the community’s power. I’m designing a new decentralized creator mechanism, aimed at enabling content creators, community organizers, operators, and even content consumers to all benefit systematically from the ecosystem they help build. This will become one of the foundations of Conso’s community economy. And I’m more certain than ever about our direction: community at the center, content as the anchor, and empowering users to fully own their Telegram Web3 life. We’re still early — but the map is becoming clearer, and the momentum is real. Let’s keep building, together. 🚩

This week we quietly crossed an important milestone. We rolled out the Beta of our new core features: CoinHub and Social Signal. CoinHub brings token markets into your chat, and Social Signal helps you read what’s happening around you in a lighter, more contextual way. It’s the first big step toward our future direction: building more and more natively around the chat experience itself. I hope you’ll try them and tell us how they feel in your daily use. At the same time, CoinBox has been spreading through Chinese‑speaking communities and Telegram groups. The atmosphere has been lively and fun — and it’s a strong signal that the “red packet” mechanic is a powerful tool for community and social ops. Our goal is to make this a native, seamless experience for creators and Telegram community operators, so they can run more engaging, more human communities without friction. Thank you for all the feedback you’ve been sending. We’re doing focused performance work on some of Conso’s core features, and I’ve also spent quite a bit of time rethinking the information architecture around assets. I believe you’ll start to notice the changes soon — hopefully in a way that simply feels “lighter” and more intuitive. Most importantly, I want to stay close to you — and then closer again. If you have any ideas, suggestions, or even complaints, please feel free to reach out to me directly. My DMs are always open. Thanks for being here and building with us. 🚩

Conso Build Report 003 — New Builders, Tighter Loops We’re lining up a new rhythm. Over the past month our product & engineering team has grown, and we’re shifting into a cadence of faster new‑feature sprints with quicker polish on the things you already like. On the other side, a seasoned web3/crypto OG is coming aboard to help shape Conso’s macro path — strategy, market craft, and how we scale the right way. More on that soon, but I’m excited about the perspective this brings. Conso Core is still hiring, and it’s not just “hiring.” We’re opening more paths to build with Conso: core roles, contributor tracks, community mods, and design partners. If you believe in Conso’s long‑term value and want to build natively for Telegram, we’d love to talk. Product‑wise, CoinHub and Social Signals on Android just wrapped a week of performance tuning and are on track to meet you next week. In parallel, we’ve started the Assets refactor, and we’re tuning Discover (explore / follow / the new web3 feed) for speed and clarity. Your steady feedback is shaping these choices — thank you. Thanks for staying close. Let’s keep building.🚩

Conso Build Report 002 — Beta, Blueprint & Trust: Raising the Bar This week felt like tightening the last screws before a new rhythm starts. CoinHub and Social Signals are in final tuning — one brings token market views into chat, the other turns chat context into lightweight signals you can actually act on. I also took a hard pause on the product itself — positioning, information architecture, the actual paths you walk. Fewer steps, more chat-native flow. Watch → talk → act, without leaving Telegram. The blueprint is clearer now, and the team is already reshaping screens and copy to match. A big theme this week was trust. I’ve been talking with many of you about Telegram account safety and social-graph safety. We’re designing around login trust and mutual relationship confirmation as first-class primitives, then layering more protection for real social scenarios. It’s a big build, but worth doing right — and we’ll ship it piece by piece so you can feel the progress. I owe you candor, too. I’m not happy with how our ops push translated into real usage when explaining product value; we need more hands-on campaigns, fewer slogans. On the dev side, our release quality slipped. That’s on me. We’re tightening QA gates and ownership, and I’d like your eyes on us — hold us to a higher bar. Thanks for the push. Let’s keep building. 🚩

Conso Build Report 001 — A Week of CoinBox & Culture Highlights This week, we rolled out Pocket V2 (Beta) — our USDT custody service built on TON. It’s the foundation for fast, seamless, micro-transactions in the Telegram ecosystem. The beta is currently invite-only, but if you’re eager to try it, just reach out in @ConsoOfficialChat or @conso_hub — we’ll get you on the whitelist. With Pocket V2 live, CoinBox is getting even more powerful. If you’ve been joining our 21:00 (GMT+8) daily CoinBox drops, you already know how smooth and fun it feels. CoinBox is quickly becoming one of the best tools for community growth and engagement. This week, we also connected with dozens of Chinese KOLs and KOCs to share early access and gather feedback. The excitement and support have been amazing — thank you all for being part of it! Product & Market Insights In Chinese culture, red envelopes have always been more than just digital cash — they’re a way to connect, celebrate, and build community. CoinBox is our way of bringing that spirit to Telegram, turning micro-transactions into shared social moments. I’ve been spending more time inside Telegram communities — from game spaces to crypto trading groups — observing how people connect and transact. That’s guiding our next steps: we’re building an integrated market board that makes it easy to view and share live crypto data right inside group chats. The team is moving fast, and I can’t wait to show you what’s coming next. Market Outlook Telegram is becoming the heart of a new Web3 social layer — but right now, tools, wallets, and communities are still fragmented. Our mission with Conso is to connect all of that: discovery, payments, and community tools, built natively for Telegram. Of course, it’s not without challenges — things like onboarding, compliance, and trust. But that’s also where our strength lies: Pocket V2 + CoinBox is our answer to simplifying how value moves in chats, safely and intuitively. What’s Next We’ll keep expanding Pocket V2’s access, publish a CoinBox Playbook for community hosts, and launch the market board alpha soon. If you’d like to co-create, test features, or run a CoinBox event for your community, DM the admins in @ConsoOfficialChat or @conso_hub. For daily updates, experiments, and thoughts, you can always find me on X (@ethanx_conso). Let’s keep building — and see you at 21:00 (GMT+8) for tonight’s drop ⚡️
