Prize Money Payment at the Asian Grand Prix 🏆
IBF pays out prize money in cash together with a full set of documents required for its legal export from the country.
At the airport, winners complete a special customs declaration and proceed through the red channel.
In this way, the winnings are officially declared, subject only to a 12% tax in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan, and can be taken out of the country in full.
‼️ Important Information
Participation Confirmation Procedure and IBF Tournament Quota Updates
1. Participation Confirmation
Registration on the website without payment or without submitting an airline ticket does not constitute confirmation of participation.
Only players who have either paid the tournament fee or sent their airline ticket to the organizers’ email are considered confirmed participants.
2. Waiting List
As the number of applicants has already exceeded the maximum quotas, a waiting list will be opened at the moment.
The waiting list will be activated once the player limit in a specific discipline is reached.
Players on the waiting list will be able to participate only if a confirmed participant withdraws and upon submitting their ticket or payment confirmation, in order of priority.
3. Increased Quotas for Selected Disciplines
Due to high demand, we are increasing the maximum number of participants in the following tournaments:
Backgammon Super Blitz — 150 players instead of 120
Backgammon Blitz — 256 players instead of 128
Backgammon Masters — 128 players instead of 64
Please treat the tournaments you select for participation responsibly. If you do not plan to compete in a particular discipline but your status in the table is marked as «Confirmed» please contact us so we can remove it and free up the spot for another player.
Places are limited — confirm your registration as soon as possible!
