Brandan Koschel's matter has been able to progress through the courts and he has sentencing tomorrow.
If he is let out tomorrow, he will have spent 24 days in solitary confinement under extremely onerous conditions.
Had he had tried to plead not guilty to the charge and contest it at hearing, he would've spent a year on remand waiting.
