مساء الخير الحمدلله اختبار اليوم كان تعويض عن امس بدايه لازم الحضور بدري وبالموعد لانه الدكاتره اجو تقريبا من قبل8 الاختبار يكون في قاعه الكويت الكبيره يدخلو ع مجموعه مجموعه في 3 لجان لجنه الدكاتره المحبشي والعنسي لجنه الدكاتره علي عبيد وعبدالوهاب نسر ولجنه الدكتور العطاب والدكتور شهاب الي يخلص يمتحن يجلس بالقاعه ومايخرج عشان ماينقل اسئلته للي بالخارج هو سوالين فقط دارت علينا كلنا الا اذا كان في اسئله خارجيه للبعض الله اعلم اختبرت عن لجنه دكتور العطاب وشهاب دكتور شهاب سالني عنEar wash Indicatin Contraindication Complication الدكتور العطاب سالني عن Predisposing factor of sinusitis وبس الحمدلله كان اختبار موفق بالتوفيق للجميع 🌸

Definition and Classification of Rhinitis??? د/المحبشي Stages of AOM and its types of tympanometry د/آمال الدميني طبعاً مشهن بس هولاء تجاوب وتعدد وخلاص الدكتور خلاني اعرف كل تايب في الرينايتس والكلينكال بيكتشر والتريتمنت والدكتورة كذلك كل ستيج وايش من تيبمانوميتري في كل ستيج وايش علاج كل ستيج +قالت لي ايش علاج ET obstraction كامل مديكال وسيرجكال وبسسس🥺♥

اختبرت عند الدكتور وائل وعند الدكتور خالد صورة tonsil عليها membrane لونها ابيض وcongested وبعدها سأل DDx سئل كذلك على الفرق بين ال diphtheria والacute tonsillitis وسئل على الdiagnosis حق الtonslitis يشتي تبدا من الhistory زيما حقه الشرح الذي بالمحاضره بالترتيب ولكن توصل ل investigation يشتي تبداء بالترتيب ويرتاح لمن تذكر له CBC وايش تشوف وايش يعني مثلا bacterial ترتفع neutrophilsوهكذا وبعدين بقية investigation ويركز ع leukemia يتشي bone marrow aspirations ودائما يقلك احسنت دكتور حبوب جدا الدكتور خالد سأل على anatomy and physiology of extenal ear وبالذات يشتي function protection and conducton وسئل بعددها على الsymptoms of ear disease ولا تنسوا ال itching بالذات وسئل ويشتي 2 functional لل meats. ذي هن conduction and protection في الاخير ركزوا ع ملازمهم جدا يشتوا منهن

اختبرت عند الدكتور وائل وعند الدكتور خالد صورة tonsil عليها membrane ابيض وشكلها. Acute تذكر اولا الsigns of acute inflammation وبعدها تقول له الdiffrential diagnosis of membranous tonsillitis سئلني على الفرق بين ال diphtheria والacute tonsillitis وسئلني على الdiagnosis حق الtonslitis تبدا له من عند الhistory وسئلني على الsymptoms of ear disease ولا تنسوا ال itching وسئلني على ال Anatomy and phsiology of ear ويشتي 2 functional لل meats. ذي هن conduction and protection ولا تنسوا اهم فحص للleukemia الذي هو bone aspiration
