"إن أفنيت عمرك في تكديسِ السلاح... فمتى تقاتل؟" مشكلتنا أننا نقع في غرام "الوسيلة" (الأدوات/التحضير) وننسى "الغاية" (العمل/الأثر). نظن أن تجميع السلاح هو النجاح، بينما هو في الحقيقة وقوف في المكان ، فالسلاح المكدس لا يحمي الديار ، اليدُ التي تضغط الزناد هي فقط التي تصنع الفارق. وأخطر صور هذا التكديس هو ما نفعله مع القرآن الكريم إذ حولناه من (كتاب هداية) ودستور حياة، إلى مجرد (نصوص للتبرك) وكلمات نُرددها ​نحشد الآيات في صدورنا، ونتسابق في الختمات، لكننا نمر على المعاني وكأننا نقرأ لغةً لا نعي مقاصدها.. نقرأ آيات الصبر ونجزع، وآيات العفو ونفجر، وآيات الأمانة ونغش؛ لأننا اكتفينا بـ "رصّ الحروف" وحرمنا أنفسنا من "نور التدبر". ​إن الكارثة ليست في أننا لا نحفظ، بل في أننا لا نفهم فالقرآن لم يُنزل لِتُضبط مخارجه فحسب، بل لِتُضبط به الحياة.. والتدبر هو وحده الذي يحول تلك الكلمات من محفوظات في الصدر إلى حقائق في القلب. صرنا كمن يملك خريطة الكنز ويحفظ كل تفاصيلها، لكنه لا يزال فقيراً لأنه لم يمشِ خطوة واحدة فيها. نصيحتي هنا : رصاصة واحدة تُصيب الهدف خير من ألف رصاصة مكدسةٍ و يعلوها الصدأ فالعبرةُ ليست بكثرة ما تملك، بل بصدق ما ترمي.

🫁 Rib Fracture A break in one or more ribs, usually caused by direct trauma. 🔹 Symptoms: chest pain worsened by breathing or coughing 🔹 Risks: pneumothorax, lung contusion 🔹 Diagnosis: chest X-ray or CT 🔹 Management: pain control, breathing exercises, early mobilization > Adequate pain control is key to prevent respiratory complications.

🩸 Spinal Hematoma A collection of blood within the spinal canal that can compress the spinal cord or nerve roots. 🔹 Causes: trauma, surgery, anticoagulants 🔹 Symptoms: acute back pain, weakness, sensory loss 🔹 Diagnosis: MRI spine 🔹 Management: urgent decompression if neurological deficit > Spinal hematoma is a neurological emergency.

🧠 Ventricular Enlargement An increase in the size of brain ventricles, usually due to excess CSF or brain tissue loss. 🔹 Common causes: Hydrocephalus, brain atrophy 🔹 Symptoms: headache, gait disturbance, cognitive changes 🔹 Diagnosis: CT / MRI brain > Ventricular enlargement reflects an underlying pathology, not a disease itself.

🧠 Interventricular Cyst A benign fluid-filled cyst located within the brain ventricles. May be asymptomatic or cause symptoms due to CSF flow obstruction. 🔹 Common type: Colloid cyst 🔹 Diagnosis: MRI brain 🔹 Management: Observation if asymptomatic, surgery if symptomatic > Treat the symptoms, not just the image

✅️anterior shoulder dislocation in trauma, shoulder injuries 👉anterior dislocation (96%) is much more frequent than posterior (3%) and inferior (1%). ✅️Pseudo dislocation, humeral head is subluxed but not dislocated associated with chronic shoulder joint instability, brachial plexus injury ,haemarthrosis. ✅️Posterior dislocations in trauma or seizure ✅️Anterior dislocation associated with fracture of the greater tuberosity, anterior tear of the glenoid labrum (Bankart lesion), fracture of the ant rim of the glenoid and an impaction fracture of the posterolateral surface of the humeral head (Hill–Sachs lesion) 👉The rotator cuff muscles be injured by traction. ✅️Treatment requires analgesia and sedation before relocating the joint. 🚨Notes👇👇.. ✅️Anterior dislocations the commonest type of shoulder dislocation. ✅️Two views are required to identify dislocation, particularly posterior dislocations. ✅️The risk of recurrent dislocations increases with younger age and further imaging with MRI may be required
