Some feelings exist beyond explanation.
Some of us spend years wondering why our pain goes unnoticed. We think that if people cared enough, they would notice the cracks beneath the surface. But maybe it isn’t that simple. Maybe some experiences create a private language, a language of loss, longing, and survival. Those who have never spoken it cannot always understand it. Not because they lack kindness, but because they have never experienced it themselves. We all hope to be understood. Sometimes we are. Sometimes we aren’t. But every now and then, we meet someone who understands without needing us to explain a single word.

What we see every day slowly becomes invisible. There’s a strange way life works. The closer something is, the less we notice it. Familiar faces, familiar places, even familiar feelings ,they fade into the background. Not because they’ve lost value, but because we’ve stopped seeing them. It isn’t intentional. It just happens. Until one day, something changes. And suddenly, what felt ordinary becomes something you wish you had paid more attention to. Maybe the real effort isn’t in finding new beauty, but in remembering to see what’s already here.
