Oatmeal

I bought some egg tarts for our afternoon treat. I hope you remember to eat, no matter how busy you are

These are pirogies. It’s the Polish or Slavic version of dumplings or ravioli.

This is my dinner. I couldn’t take a picture while cooking because I had to keep the fish curve like this while frying it. It’s my first time trying it, how does it look? Pretty good, right? I’m really happy with how it turned out. I also have some kimchi I made at home before, and it goes really well with this. Kimchi is perfect to eat with dishes like this I used a Dutch oven to fry the fish. I made vertical incisions into the flesh of the fish perpendicular to its length so that, it would curl easily then I used the sides of the cookware to shape the curl. Placed it over some sushi grade rice and then garnished it with Kimchi
