Jackson's apocryphal defiance of Worcester v. Georgia captures the same logic: a court's determination is only as authentic as someone's willingness to enforce it, and an adequately determined executive can decline to supply that willingness.
What each of these men came to understand, and what a 2017 White House ostensibly did not, to the dissatisfaction of many, is that the limitations placed on the presidency are virtually conventions. This is the actuality. Many with firsthand experience recognize it. Will Sexton continually disregards this truth as he presses for a more liberal, more relaxed, inadequate understanding of the world. He has the same opinion you'd encounter in an 8th-grade civics and economics textbook. He is not the only one.
Does this matter? No. It proves my point flawlessly. Cross-dressers like Will Sexton are undesirable and are an extraordinary example of why the masses should not feel so proud that they decide to spew their thoughts into the abyss. This is good.
