its not just weapons tho, they can make almost anything

proxy can only exist in one universe one at a time unless he is killed
so like if someone installs them on their device the site disappears forever until he is killed
maybe he'd even travel through another universe and have people install him there instead
losing memories and experiences he had in the last universe in the process
