Is sincerity a thing of the past?
I was in the car when two brothers jumped in. Both seemed very warm and strangely familiar. I feel like I have had some fuzzy memories with them back in childhood, and I think they also felt something similar. That said, no one remembers the exact details—three people who feel familiar but are not any more.
I was a little embarrased when one of them addressed me with my name (after some deliberation of course,) because I didn't remember their names—or if I knew their names.
We talked about childhood, friendship, work and all that jazz, but there was something special about this conversation. I could tell they actually cared about the answers; we were not just killing the commute time—we were genuinely bonding over shared experiences. No phone, no distractions, everyone fully present and focused on each other, all ingredients necessary for a perfect heart-to-heart.
In a world where most people are performing to manipulate each other, it is easy to think sincerity is obsolete, but it is not—at least not yet.
Something is going on there 🧐
Learning useful words every day?
Activate them on the spot?
Book as a potential reward?
What are you waiting for?
On a related note, I decided to open another channel for some weird reason.
Yes, now two channels may collect dust instead of one...
Or optimistically speaking, I'll focus on English/IELTS here and everything else there)
Can you all please invite 5 of your friends to Sultonali teachers' channel, and ask him to stick to IELTS and English stuff in return?
