PIXILAND SHOP This question has come up a lot of the past few days and I wanted to check information before posting. I can confirm that the shop has been disabled and will remain that way until AFTER **the migration and **AFTER we have had time to test the game within our own ecosystem. This action was taken to protect all players and their existing assets and not for any other reason. There are just too many risks associated with migrating a game and it's data while allowing that data to continue to change through shop purchases. Obviously the shop is something that we will definitely be looking to reinstate once we are happy everything is stable. Again, there can be no timeline applied to this work as it will no doubt throw up unexpected challenges as we proceed. Just know we are doing the best we can and moving as fast as we can while maintaining safety and integrity for all players. As always, we appreciate your understanding and patience. ✊🏼

PixiLand & Playa3ULL Community Update We want to share an important update regarding the PixiLand Discord and how things will move forward. Our priority right now is maintaining a stable, safe, and well moderated environment while we transition the community into its long term home. Please note: • The PixiLand Discord will only remain active for 10 days from this posting. • After this transition period, the server will be mostly shut down. • One final channel will remain visible indefinitely, directing members to the official Playa3ULL Discord. There will not be a permanent dual server setup. During this transition: • Moderation and cleanup efforts will continue. • Scam links and malicious activity will be removed. • Dedicated PixiLand channels are now available inside the Playa3ULL Discord. • Members are encouraged to begin migrating and participating there. Our goal is to consolidate the community into one centralized, well supported Discord to ensure long term stability, stronger moderation, and a unified experience for everyone. ⚔️ Pixiland Acquisition Announcement We’re pleased to confirm that PLAYA3ULL GAMES has reached an agreement with PIXILAND and will be acquiring the Pixiland game and associated IP. We will soon begin the long process of migrating the game into the PLAYA3ULL GAMES ecosystem. The current Pixiland Discord server will be replaced by a dedicated space within our official PLAYA3ULL GAMES Discord server. Further details around this topic will be announced by Kevin (Willo). Thank you for your ongoing patience. We will update as required from this point. ✊🏼

Community Update 🤝✨ We want to let everyone know that we are very close to finalizing an agreement with the 3ULL team, under which 3ULL will take over and continue the Pixiland project 🚀 Both teams have been working closely to ensure a smooth and responsible transition, with the goal of keeping the project alive and protecting the interests of our community 💙 Please note that our previously planned Web2 transition is currently paused until further announcement ⏸️ Details regarding how and when the transition will take place, as well as what this means for users, will be officially announced once the final agreement is completed and signed 📄✅ Thank you for your patience, trust, and continued support. All rewards distributed via the Neighborhood System have been credited to your In-game Balance. Important: Please withdraw your full balance and NFTs before March 1, 2026, 00:00 UTC, as the dashboard service will be discontinued (as mentioned in our previous announcement). Transition Schedule (Reminder / Clarification) By February 1, 2026, 00:00 UTC (latest): • Pixiland will be updated to the Web2 (off-chain) version. • A one-time NFT claim will be available to generate a 1:1 off-chain in-game copy of your NFTs. • All wPixi balances will be automatically converted to GEM at a 10:1 ratio (10 wPixi = 1 GEM). March 1, 2026, 00:00 UTC: • The dashboard service will end. Players will no longer be able to map NFTs, withdraw NFTs, or manage remaining token balances via the dashboard.

Throughout this journey, we’ve done everything we could to ship features, improve the game, and keep Pixiland alive as a small independent team bootstrapped with limited resources. Due to ongoing market volatility, increasing regulatory uncertainty / compliance requirements, and limited remaining resources, sustaining the Web3 model long-term has become extremely challenging.
