when you identify choch .. the choch swing should have a level 1 or 2 sema object . once price trade and break and plot sema level 1 or 2 object . tell yourself that is choch , displacement , breakout , fail supply/demand zone , support , resistance level, fail order block.. and that is your point 2 .

on H4 , daily TF need bearish order block to form . SEMA level 3 on M15 TF = SEMA level 2 on H1 TF = SEMA level 1 on H4 TF .. so check if H4 TF have breaker block..
