you guys knew Calorie(with a capital C) and kcal(kilocalorie) are the same🤔 here is the explanation: cal(with small c) is the scientific unit to measure energy. but it's too tiny to use for food. so they use kcal(1K calories) to measure energy in foods and to make it easier they equate it to Calorie(with capital C). so technically Calorie is 1K calorie😒 hmm I have been scammed all this time😭 @bakacodes
