2. But in agriculture, they give huge subsidies to each farmer, it's not a level playing field.
3. What can we stop importing from USA just like what China did?

1. You mentioned about kanpur as manchester of east, Allahabad University used to be oxford of east, how come up has declined so much?
2. So if it has changed so much, only single person (hon'ble present CM) has done what 6PM's were not able to do.
