Sadly, we have to drop this method. I personally spent a lot of time working on it, but after talking with a few friends on Discord who work closely with the game, I was advised not to move forward with it. So yeah... 😭 For this season, Global Version users will need to use the recommended method to unlock FPS. To be honest, I don't really understand why some people prefer the experimental mode, because both methods work in essentially the same way. The only real difference is that the recommended features don't appear directly inside the game like the experimental mode did. In fact, the recommended method offers more customization options while delivering the same FPS unlocking functionality.

📢 Important Update Regarding GLOBAL VERSION New Update Hey everyone, We know many of our Global Version users have been eagerly waiting for a major FPS Unlocker update this season. Unfortunately, PUBG did not provide any FPS PAK file for the Global Version this season, which means our experimental method is not available this time for Global version. The Plan: Since the Global Version did not include any FPS unlocking patch this season, we developed a new method to unlock FPS by directly patching the game's core OBB file. From a technical perspective, the method worked exactly as intended and delivered the expected 165 FPS unlock functionality. Why We Are Dropping It: However, during final testing and after discussions with internal members of the game's community on Discord, we concluded that modifying the OBB file directly or using any unknown modifications like some apps are doing this season is highly risky and strictly non-compliant with the game's policies. Because of this, we are sadly dropping the OBB patch idea for this season. Here is our promise to you:

FPS UNLOCKER will never promote features that violate game policies or put player accounts at risk.

We refuse to release an update—no matter how technically impressive it is—if it puts your hard-earned accounts in danger of getting banned. Your safety is always our number one priority. What’s Next? Keep using the safe tools: For now, please continue to use the Recommended Features already available in the app to get the best possible performance safely. Guys, I know many of you have been frustrated with the lack of updates lately, and I completely understand. The main reason is that my PC has become extremely slow. Testing and building projects can take 20+ minutes, which has made it difficult to work on multiple projects or add major features. Because of that, I’ve temporarily put other projects on hold. For now, my full focus is on FPS Unlocker, and the next update should be out within the next 2 - 3 days. And yeah! , I’ve ordered a new Mac Mini. It will take around 3 weeks to arrive, but once it’s here, you’ll start seeing a lot of the new features, and projects I’ve been planning and working on behind the scenes. Thanks for sticking around. In this 4.4 GLOBAL update, I know the experimental features are not working. They are not working because GAME has not provided the PAK file that contains the 120 FPS mapping device models. This is a limitation on the game’s side, and we cannot do anything about it. We are still doing our best. For now, you can use the advance settings or custom settings, it easily unlocks both things, and both features work the same. The only problem is you won’t see it in the settings. I know those who used the experimental modes will be concerned, and I understand. We are researching new things, and I assure you, we will fix this soon.
