| 6 |  +1Members in the SW met recently to undergo a fitness and boxing meet. We trained for a couple hours, with Rundo burpees and heavy sparring being highlights. After the training session, we went to a local English-owned pub for some food, drinks and healthy discussion or what ITV would say - for beers, burgers and bigotry.
