President Trump's mass deportations and the campaign of remigration is driving voluntary departure orders in immigration courts to never-before-seen highs. More aliens have given up their case and agreed to depart the country within 20 months of Trump than they did under 6 years of Obama, and a larger share of these aliens are leaving on time.

President Trump has the lowest refugee admission rate and total of any president in the history of the program. In FY2026, 99.9% of all refugees resettled by Trump have been White South Africans.

Fines for failure-to-depart have been an option since 1996, yet no admin has ever imposed them — until Trump. Now the DHS has issued more than 110,000 fines of up to $998 a day against unacceptable aliens who were ordered not to stay, in the largest self-deportation effort in modern history.

Federal agents seized Democrat Ilhan Omar’s phone and have sent subpoenas out to her relatives in an ongoing immigration investigation.

Trump's DHS is now advancing rules to: End the deference to prior approvals policy, nix automatic work permit extensions, and eliminate the layoff grace period for various visa types. This is a major web of restrictions forming against foreign workers and the H-1B ecosystem.

Under Trump's effort to Make American Roads Safe Again: DOT Sec Duffy has placed more than 31,200 drivers out of service for bad English, ended 10,000 driving schools for bad practices, and revoked more than 31,000 illegal alien licenses. ICE has also launched a CDL tipline.

Local law enforcement are expanding Trump's crackdown on migrant truck drivers, as 287(g) partners with ICE create detention hubs nationwide. Police are now regularly conducting traffic sweeps, watching weigh stations and arresting drivers for immigration violations.

More charges for election crimes leading up to the midterms: Today the Justice Department announced charges involving 16 individuals, including an illegal alien, in connection with illegal voting, fraudulent voter registration, and related election crimes across the country. Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) has raided the home of Ilhan Omar with the approval of the DOJ, as part of an ongoing federal investigation into her.

The DHS has set four straight months of agency-high immigration arrests in the interior. Since July, a majority of arrestees had ‘no criminal record’ for the first time, and ICE began detaining a larger pool of illegal aliens. By August, ICE began removing visa overstays and former TPS holders. Into September, rural and suburban raids continued to spread as immigration enforcement became 'everywhere'.

There are now more than 2,650 law enforcement agreements with ICE in the 287(g) program, up 1,866%+ since Trump's return. Over 1,900 agreements are in the task force model, allowing local agencies to arrest illegal aliens in the largest deputization for deportations in history.

Immigration arrests, alien removals and departures are higher than ever — while illegal migration has been eliminated, naturalization has collapsed and every type of legal immigration is being cut under the second Trump administration. This is officially the first ever remigration administration. Not only is Trump leading mass deportations and mass deputization, this administration is also attempting mass visa revocation and a historic pace of denaturalizations.

If Democrats beat the Republicans due to low turnout, and achieve a supermajority, because you didn't vote, they plan to "get a path to citizenship for however many" illegal aliens are in the country.

President Trump has delivered among the sharpest immigration cuts in modern history. And this data is *before* his new restrictions put out this Summer, 2026, meaning immigration will get even lower. Everyone — you and the people you know — need to vote Republican in November to give Trump even more power to keep the immigration cuts coming. New analysis from CATO: Trump has cut legal immigration of every type, even more than illegal migration. So far: immigrant visas and student visas have been cut nearly in half; spouses were down more than 60%; H-1B fell at least 78%, while asylees and refugees were cut over 90%. This data does not include all of the cuts made in mid to late 2026, meaning the drops will continue.
