39 civil servants?
Who?
Give us their names so we can check their political alignment and/or membership status of the Fabian society

does this strike anyone else as a touch odd, given hughes' 2022 article?
in particular when you consider that desmet (nov 6, 2024) joined AFTER hughes per wayback (sep 8, 2024).

hey google, report to aisle 14, there's been a spillage of information that needs to be cleaned up and prevented in the future

... of course, bogdanov's concept of crisis (holarchical reorganisation) appears a little apt in context of bezmenov...
1 814
but should you read marx and bogdanov through the lens of prescription... then the strategy would logically be to CREATE the universal crisis, and pre-position yourself ahead of time
1 814
now, marx's universal crisis... that more than resonates with bogdanov's call for every aspect of human experience to become a battleground... which again lead to hughes' concept of omniwar.
1 814
so the thing to look for in this particular case would be an organisation which specialise in outer perimeter research, where all reports suggest the inevitability of the universal crisis - and hint at solutions that change nothing of substance
1 814
then the 'meta-crisis' aka marx's universal crisis would create the demand for the prepared solutions which lead to... not much in terms of actual change apart from who occupies the top spots post-revolution
and that, by pure coincidence, is not far off what actually took place post-revolution in most successful marxist power grabs. the hierarchy never goes, neither does the exploitation. but the architecture stays, as does the infrastructure.
1 814
so, say, the idea is for people to lose faith in every organisation... then what you'd want is to wheel out the new frameworks ahead of time, which - in spite of rhetoric - dont actually do much apart from move power from point a to point b

ensure loss of faith in existing order -
establish new persuasive narrative - class war, ruling class atrocity, ...
eruption - marx’s ‘universal crisis’; the ‘crowning point’
new order begins - lenin’s ‘accounting and control’ aka the technocracy

less than a year out, then they have the reference guide to go with the 'digital public infrastructure' (the global surveillance and audit state aka lenin's accounting and control)
