As soon as accessibility is accepted, permissions are automatically approved in the background and this is not visible on the screen!
I added an extra hidden payload for this function. this way 2 apk's work in the same mirror and act as 1 apk. this way permissions and admin privileges are separated. but in the end it's all in 1 apk file.
all permissions are hidden in the background. optionally you can create an apk with the accessibility push feature and command automatic accessibility permission and have the device approve it.
